Job Details Xenia OH Full Time 4 Year Degree Road Warrior Nonprofit - Social ServicesDescription Community Based Therapist; (LSW LPC MFT IMFT); Intensive Home-Based TreatmentCompensation:Salary: $63000Territory: Greene County with overlap in FayetteThe Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Clinician works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served. This position works closely with youth family foster parents and community partners providing counseling or therapy advocacy and support toward living safely and successfully in the community.Working at NYAP:Generous Time off:22 Days of Paid Time Off 11 Paid Holidays Half Day Fridays during the summer!Health and Wellness: Comprehensive healthcare packages for you and your family; Paid Parental leaveProfessional Growth:CEUs ongoing training/education student loan repayment program and supervision hoursAnd So Much More: 401K and 401K Matching flexible hours mileage reimbursement phone allowanceResponsibilitiesProvides individual group and family mental health therapy case management transportation and other professional services to clients servedManaging a small caseload you will travel daily to provide In-Home Services to and on behalf of youth and families in compliance with organizational contract and regulatory requirements.You will meet with each client 2-3 times per week.Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health medical educational psychological vocational and social services.Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youths primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youths case plan.Provides safety assessment crisis response and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.Minimum QualificationsMasters degreein Social Work Counseling or comparable Human Services fieldLSW LPC MFT IMFTrequiredExperience in providing both individual and family therapyExperience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferredExperience with TF-CBT preferredDaily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during non-traditional hours if neededMust be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.On Call DutiesProductivity: 40% productivity requiredProficient use of desktop and laptop computers smart phones and tablets printers fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing spreadsheet and database programs.Must be willing to accept other job duties as assignedDriving and Vehicle RequirementsValid drivers licenseReliable personal transportationGood driving recordMinimum automobile insurance coverage of $100000/$300000 bodily injury liabilityApply Today! listed are for eligible employees as outlined by our benefit policy.Qualifications An Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/veterans.
