JOB DESCRIPTION
General Production Worker - Swing Shift
Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will operate injection molding presses, verify parts meet specifications and quality standards, and assemble final products.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce parts and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct basic cosmetic inspections and label, package, and box finished products.
- Assemble parts using sonic welding, electric screwdrivers, and pad printing logos.
- Stand or sit at machines to manage small parts and pieces.
- Occasionally use a pallet jack or dolly to move materials.
Essential Skills
- Basic math skills for addition and subtraction.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality standards.
- Flexibility to work in multiple areas and adapt to different tasks.
- Efficient communication with team members.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Entry-level position; no previous experience required.
- Experience in fast food or retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift 40-50lb boxes occasionally.
- Previous manufacturing background is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
