IMMIGRATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYLocation: Miami FLOur client a premier AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its distinguished Immigration Nationality & Consular Law Practice in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level immigration attorney to work closely with seasoned practitioners while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of business and family-based immigration matters.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Florida in good standing23 years of substantive immigration law experienceExperience representing foreign nationals and U.S. employers in immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitionsBackground handling employment-based petitions investment visas family-based immigration consular processing and naturalization mattersFamiliarity with agencies including USCIS DOL ICE and DOSExperience advising employers on compliance with immigration and labor regulationsFluency in both Spanish and English including the ability to review draft and translate legal documents STRONGLY preferredStrong drafting analytical and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism reliability and client-service mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced collegial environment with direct partner and client interactionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions for individuals and corporate clientsAdvise clients on regulatory requirements relating to immigration nationality and consular mattersHandle family-based immigration matters including petitions consular processing and adjustment of statusSupport clients through naturalization proceedings and related filingsConduct legal research and draft memoranda petitions supporting documentation and correspondenceManage case strategy timelines and client communicationAssist employers with compliance obligations under immigration and labor regulationsCollaborate with partners and team members to provide strategic solutions-focused representationWhy Join UsThis is a standout opportunity to join one of the nations most respected immigration practices within a top-tier legal platform.
