Location: 70% Field-Based Travel Supporting our NC SC & FL Markets. Overview of the Role:The Implementation Associate is a key member of the Implementation team. This individual contributor role oversees and drives Privias process in launching top doctors into our high performance network. The Implementation Manager is the primary point of contact project manager and trainer during the launch and implementation of providers into our medical group.Primary Job Duties: Partner with and launch providers into Privia Medical GroupProvide project management training and support throughout the implementation and go-live of physician practices on our electronic medical record and practice management / billing platform Set practices up for long-term success with cost savings and population health strategiesLead and coordinate activity between the practice and the rest of the Privia teams including Finance IT Revenue Cycle and Credentialing teams leveraging Project Management tools and processesTrain physicians providers and office staff on Privias processes and technologies and EHR systemManage a detailed project plan and communicate status to the client and Privia management teamManage multiple projects at onceIdentify and assist with market based and national projects to improve workflows and operations for our care centers and internal teamsHelp expand key strategic business units as needed (i.e. ancillaries other Privia Service Lines etc)Manage change and client expectations effectivelyEstablish aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlinesWillingness and ability for overnight travel to customers in new markets and within your market as Privia expandsServe as a mentor on the Implementation team Qualifications : Bachelors degree preferred or relevant experience2 years experience with practice management or EHR implementation and trainingTechnical project management in a healthcare setting is preferredPrior experience in hospital or physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processesExperience with change management strategies & tacticsExperience with project management toolsKnowledgeable about extended medical terminologyAbility to work with different levels of clinical personnel including providersMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:Excellent communication and client facing skillsAbility to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environmentExtensive project coordination experienceProcess oriented with the ability to drive a project to completionConflict management skillsProblem solving skills with a proven track recordCollaborative customer-focused and able to create visible valueAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent organizational skillsTechnical aptitudeTeam approach to working with others ability to perform a variety of duties within any work-day and organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects.The salary range for this role is $65000 to $75000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical dental vision life and pet insurance 401K paid time off and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.Additional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Technical Requirements (for remote workers only not applicable for onsite/in office work):In order to successfully work remotely supporting our patients and providers we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
