Job Description
Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading implementations and serves as an expert during the sales cycle by adding value throughout the solution delivery stage. (ensuring quality delivery standards are met) with a smooth customer handover to theCustomer Success and Support teams. An ability to manage diverse teams and balance achievement of customer objectives in conjunction with delivery timelines and budget is essential for success in this role. Lead implementations and manage relationships with project stakeholders (clients third parties vendors and internal stakeholders) Engage in project kick-off meetings to review expectations deliverables and timelines. Migration of data into the Inventory Planner platform Configuration of software and integration setup Train end users in using the Inventory Planner software application and best practice business processes. Guide end user through User Acceptance Testing Initiate customers go live. Ensure key project deliverables are delivered to a high standard. Ensure the timely communication of risks and/or issues for deliverables to internal and external stakeholders. Gather and document accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the client. Primary point of contact during implementation projects for client support Collaborate on timelines and deliverables with any department that may be involved with the Clients implementation project. Be a key feedback loop to the wider engagement teams - Product Customer Success etc. to ensure an ongoing cycle of quality delivery. Provide key insight on delivery requirements to ensure there is a cycle of continuous improvement in quality implementation delivery. Guide and mentor associate and intermediate level team members on technical and managerial aspects of technical delivery project management and business development. Conduct complex work assignments. Contribute to measurable team and/or organizational objectives.Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting or relevant degrees. Preferred work experience in the Accounting Industry. 4 years of demonstrated work experience in Inventory Management. Significant experience implementing Accounting ERP applications such as Sage Intacct. Proficient experience working on implementation eCommerce technologies and online marketplaces. Experience delivering consulting & training services (customer facing) Exceptional communication skills organized and detail oriented. Experience delivering product/technical solutions. Ability to work independently without close supervision as well as part of a team. Great at building and maintaining good customer relationships. Highly skilled and proficient as an Implementation Consultant. An understanding of small to medium-size business operationsRequired Skills: Bachelors degree in accounting or relevant degrees.
