The company is committed to developing solutions that address social issues and promote sustainability.Responsibilities:Develop order plans, forecasts and schedules (if applicable) for delivery of product from supplier to Niterra-WV.Communicate completed Plans to WV location and Wixom personnel and supplier (as applicable).Evaluate part status and report part shortages weekly on developed spreadsheet or BI formsGenerate Purchase Requisitions to suppliers utilizing current MRP system.Update monthly inventory status, analyze historical data, sales trends, and inform of any abnormalities promptly to minimize risksReview combined releases, production plans, & or or forecast for increases, decreases or abnormalities. Interface within all Niterra and at all locations as it applies to processesManage finished goods and/or components stock levels by expediting or cancelling orders upon confirmation customer’s demand.Maintain plant/annual order requirements; three year plans, monthly forecasts as applicable.Assist/implement changes to inventory management system to achieve & maintain set inventory levels. Report on a monthly basis excessive inventories (3months or more) analyze and determine root causes.Management of PIR, Source Lists, & Master Data. Ensure current parts have correct settings, Running changes are put into USE-UP, & Obsolete are updated.Analyze POR’s, PO, SPO, & STO’s to ensure they are current & make necessary changes to those that are no longer valid.Management of EOP/SOP process to ensure parts ordered in timely manner for SOP & minimize orders of EOP to lessen deadstock.Follow air freight process.Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, TISAX, ISMS, and Safety related policiesAcademic skills/Knowledge/experience:High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to learn, understand, and navigate current MRP system, SAP ERPPrevious experience in a similar role within manufacturingKnowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel & Google sheetsWhy Work for Niterra?
