The right candidate has a can-do attitude a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.MORNING & AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!PART-TIME ONLY!!MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED!Pay Rate: $15-17/HourCaregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training)Ongoing Training As Needed!401K with Company MatchBenefits Provided for Full-Time Employees!In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities:- Provide in-home care and assistance to clients ensuring their safety and well-being- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing- Help with meal preparation and feeding- Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry and tidying up- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clientsIn-Home Caregiver Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent-Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Excellent communication skills- Ability to follow instructions and work independently-Reliable transportation and a valid drivers licenseIn-Home Caregiver Skills:- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Attention to detail in providing care and following instructions- Physical stamina to assist with lifting transferring and mobility support if requiredNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
