This role is perfect for an experienced trades professional who wants the independence of flexible scheduling without the stress of managing a business.We handle marketing, scheduling, administration, and customer acquisition—you focus on delivering excellent workmanship. You will operate from your home using your own vehicle and tools, and serve customers in the NW San Antonio and Boerne area.If you are a dependable, seasoned craftsman with 10+ years of experience, Ace Handyman Services wants to meet you.Responsibilities Provide high-quality repairs, maintenance, and craftsmanship across multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical). Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Communicate clearly with clients and office staff regarding project needs. Produce accurate estimations when required. Travel to job sites using your own vehicle and toolset. Follow safety standards, service expectations, and brand guidelines.RequirementsAll candidates must meet the following qualifications: Servant’s heart, integrity, and strong work ethic. 10+ years of successful prior experience as a Carpenter / Craftsman / Handyman (estimation skills strongly preferred). Ability to perform minor electrical and minor plumbing. Own a standard set of tools. Own a pickup truck, SUV, or van. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active vehicle insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
