Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Bonus based on performanceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementSigning bonus Family Transitions, Inc. is looking for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-C) to provideintensive in-home services.Responsibilities and Duties:Provide mental health treatment to individuals receiving services (services may include IntensiveIn-Home, through individual and family therapy, behavior management, care coordination, crisis intervention, psycho-education, and skills training.Attend staff meetings and trainings as required (supervision is provided weekly and trainings areat least monthly)Collaborate with referral source and other treatment providersCreate individualized service plans (ISPs) and implement the goals and objectivesComplete required clinical documentationEnsure compliance with regulations set by governing bodies and maintain standards of careaccording to Family Transitions, Inc. policies and procedures.Complete daily progress notes at minimum on a weekly basis by 9:00AM on Monday morning.Certifications/Requirements:Qualified Mental Health Professionals-C (QMHP-Cs): Must be registered with the Board ofHealth Professions as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Children. If not registered, musthave at least a Bachelors degree in a human service field and 1 year of full-time experience.Residents in Counseling: Must have a Masters degree in Counseling with 500 internship hours or1 year of experience. Supervisees in Social Work: Must have a Masters degree in Social Work with 500 internshiphours or 1 year of experience. Salary:Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
