Job Title: In-Home Dialysis Care PartnerLocation: Thousand Oaks CA (91360)Compensation:$25 per hourAbout the Role:We are looking for compassionate and reliableCare Partners with at least 1 year of Dialysis machine experienceto provide quality support for patients receiving dialysis in the comfort of their own homes.
