In-Home Sales Consultant (High-Ticket, Commission)

Dino Painting is seeking driven, professional sales representatives ready to grow their income and career in residential sales. If you’re comfortable sitting at the dinner table discussing $20,000–$30,000 home improvement projects, this role may be a great fit.
This position involves no cold calling, no door knocking, and no pressure selling. Leads are provided, and you’ll follow a proven sales system with training.
Compensation:$105,000 - $145,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Meet homeowners for in-home painting estimates
- Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Present clear, professional proposals
- Follow up and close sales opportunities
- Use CRM software to stay organized
- Coordinate smooth handoff of sold projects to production
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- 1 year of sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing $20,000–$30,000 home improvement projects
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs
- Self-motivated, organized, and follow-up oriented
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
