In-House Agency Operations Lead at Guardian Life Insurance Company

The Agency Operations Lead will play a critical in driving efficiency transparency and scalability across Guardians in-house creative agency. This role serves as the connective tissue between people process and tools ensuring that our Enterprise Marketing teams can deliver high quality work efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is equal parts systems thinker project manager and problem solver who thrives on bringing order to complexity.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkfront Administration and EnablementServe as the day-to-day Workfront administrator for the Enterprise Marketing organizationManage and maintain templates forms reports and dashboardsTroubleshoot user issues manage updates and oversee intake workflowsConduct training sessions for new usersPartner with IT and the Workfront governance team to implement system enhancementsCreative Resourcing and Capacity PlanningSupport resource allocation by maintaining an up-to-date view of workload across teamsPartner with Creative IMM and PM to balance staffing needs and prioritiesTrack and report on utilization forecasting and capacity metricsMaintain freelance and vendor resourcing trackersProcess Design and Continuous ImprovementIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows; design and implement process improvementsDevelop and maintain standard operating playbooksOperational ProgramsManage awards submissions creative recognition initiatives and vendor surveysCoordinate external vendor evaluations (biannual surveys performance feedback etc.)Assist with operational reporting and executive summaries for senior leadershipQualifications:10 years in marketing agency operations or project management within a creative or marketing environmentHands-on experience as a Workfront administratorStrong analytical organizational and problem-solving skillsProven track record in driving process optimization and change managementExceptional communication and collaboration abilities; able to work across disciplinesComfortable operating in a fast paced evolving environment with multiple stakeholdersLocation:This role is hybrid with 3 days a week out of our Hudson Yards NY officeSalary Range:$103450.00 - $169960.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
