The OpportunityAs an Inbound Business Development Representative you will be the initial voice of Euna Solutions for prospects expressing interest across our product lines. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify inbound leads engage prospects in meaningful conversations and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.You will excel in this role if you are curious process-driven and energized by conversations with public sector leaders across North America.What Youll DoEngage inbound leads from marketing campaigns events and product interest formsConduct discovery and qualification conversations to evaluate fit urgency and buying readinessRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive or product teamMaintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene in SalesforceMeet and exceed monthly quota for qualified meetings and pipeline contributionCollaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality and messaging alignmentStay informed on public sector trends and Euna product updates to position value confidentlyParticipate in ongoing skill development coaching and team trainingsQualificationsRelevant education or experience in a sales position either in B2C or B2B capacityUnderstanding of SaaS industryDemonstrated persistence in past role/experience and not afraid to relentlessly follow up with prospectsStrong understanding that any nos are just getting you that much closer to yesA track record of meeting goals and objectives that are set out for youInquisitive in nature and understand the importance of qualifying prospectsConfident and passionate when engaging with customersGenuine relationship-builder and want to help other people solve their business problemsDrive for continuous improvement and provide examples of multiple times youve improved processesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment & ambiguous environmentExperience with a CRM or Salesforce is advantageousCore CompetenciesNegotiationCustomer focusObjection HandlingResults orientationCommunicationPlanning and organizingCuriosityTeamworkKey Performance IndicatorsDriving qualified leads to the Account ExecutiveNumber of meetings held and conversion to SQLsWorking conditions (if applicable)Ability to work outside of core business hours 9-5 to support territories in different time zones ex. west coast coverage.LocationThis position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta GA office.AI Mindset at Euna SolutionsWe believe the future of work is human AI.
