You will become a subject matter expert trained to assess the needs of callers and present solutions that connect them to our products to increase orders.What Youll Do: Become a subject matter expert on our sales process product knowledge and our order entry platform during our paid comprehensive training program As a commissioned sales agent you will offer upsell and cross-sell available promotions based on serviceability Manage numerous inbound and transferred calls in a timely manner from your dual-monitored workstation Assist callers with product availability pricing and enrollment Qualify callers on our payment card industries (PCI) compliant production floor Comply with all ISG and partner policiesWho You Are: Strong communication skills (empathic listener & persuasive speaker) Technologically savvy Able to multi-task in a face paced environment Sales experience preferredWhere Youll Work: 5900 Broken Sound Parkway NW in Boca Raton Florida 80000 sq. ft. modern facility with free parking Engaging break-out rooms Onsite cafeteria with homecooked meals Shuttle bus from Boca (Yamato Rd.)
