Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSeeking a reliable, detail‐oriented Independent Cleaning Contractor to support a variety of commercial and residential clients throughout Ohio. Clients include Airbnb/short‐term rentals, apartment buildings, corporate offices, retail spaces, and medical facilities. Pay is per contract and varies based on facility type, size, and scope of work. Payments for completed work are typically issued on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on the specific contract.​Role detailsPerform high‐quality cleaning services in residential and commercial environments, including turnovers for short‐term rentals, common areas in multi‐unit buildings, and professional and medical offices as needed.​Work as an independent business, managing your own schedule, methods, and workflow while meeting agreed‐upon standards and deadlines for each contract.​RequirementsPrior professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both).Must provide own cleaning equipment and supplies.Must carry current liability insurance appropriate for cleaning services.Ability to work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain consistent quality and reliability.​CompensationPay structure: Compensation is per job/per facility contract, and exact amounts vary by property size, frequency of service, and specific scope of work.Payment frequency: Payments for completed work are generally issued on a weekly or biweekly basis, as outlined in each contract.This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position.​Screening processInterviews will be conducted with qualified applicants to review experience, insurance, and service capabilities.A 1:1 first‐time clean (trial clean) will be required before moving forward with ongoing contract opportunities, to confirm quality and fit.​If you are an insured cleaning professional with your own equipment and supplies and are looking to grow your business through ongoing commercial and residential contracts, submit your information and experience to be considered.
