Open to Indigenous applicants onlyAmplify your impact at a world top 50 UniversityJoin our inclusive collaborative communityThe OpportunityMonash is seeking an Indigenous Graduate Program Manager to lead the coordination delivery and continuous improvement of the Indigenous Graduate Program. This role plays a key part in strengthening pathways for Indigenous leadership and ensuring all program activities are grounded in Indigenous cultural values self-determination and community engagement.Reporting to the Chief of Staff you will:Deliver and manage the Indigenous Graduate Program through an Indigenous lensBuild strong respectful relationships with Indigenous communities Elders and stakeholdersCreate culturally safe supportive experiences for Indigenous graduatesOversee program activities events projects and evaluationManage a program budget and support broader ODVCI initiativesProvide expert advice to internal partners and ensure cultural integrity across all program elementsYou will identify as an Indigenous Australian and bring:Relevant postgraduate qualifications or extensive experienceStrong experience engaging with Indigenous communitiesExcellent communication relationship-building and influencing skillsProven project management planning and organisational capabilityConfidence working with policy reporting budgets and University systemsAbout Monash UniversityAt Monash work feels different.
