Performs technical and engineering-related duties to design, test and improve manufacturing processes. Responsible for the successful introduction of new products into the manufacturing environment while minimizing costs. You will: Responsible for guiding the business by using Business Process Improvement (BPI), Lean and other process improvement methodologies • Provides support for quality, productivity and safety metrics in the facility • Ensures attainment of level of production and activities on a monthly and yearly basis • Reports and presents activities, issues and recommendations to senior management and executives • Ensures appropriate controls are in place to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of process/productivity improvements • Develops and documents standard work processes • Drives continuous improvement within the manufacturing organization Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
