This unique position combinesengineering expertise with executive-level administratyive support offering exposure to commercial operations project management and administrative leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the CEOs right-hand providingstrategic and operational supportacross multiple business functions.Assist inplanning and execution of engineering projectsrelated to shipyard and maritime systems.Coordinatecross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Manageadministrative tasks including scheduling documentation and executive communications.Supportcommercial activities including client proposals cost analysis and vendor coordination.Preparetechnical reports presentations and project documentationfor internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance withindustry standards and safety regulationsin all engineering and operational activities.QualificationsBachelors degree inIndustrial Systems Engineeringor related discipline.Strong understanding ofmaritime industrial / shipyard or industrial processes.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manageexecutive-level priorities.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteand familiarity with project management tools.Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience inmarine engineering naval architecture or shipyard projects.Knowledge ofcommercial operations and project finance.Ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
