What You'll DoAs an Electrical Technician, you'll play a key role in bringing custom equipment to life from assembly through testing and installation.
You'll:
Assemble custom-engineered equipment using assembly drawings, electrical schematics, E-drawings, and build documentation
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and component layouts
Route, organize, and dress wiring through cable tray, CAT track, wireway, conduit, and equipment structures
Assist with electrical panel assembly and field device wiring
Perform wire terminations using proper tools, connectors, and crimping techniques
Install and align sensors, switches, and other electrical components
Use multimeters and electrical testing equipment to verify proper operation
Perform voltage checks, troubleshooting, and functionality testing
Support formal quality inspections before equipment ships to customers
Work with Build Leads to identify and resolve issues quickly
Maintain a clean, professional work area both in-house and at customer facilities
Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, startup, and support
Assist Field Service Technicians during installations and service work
What We're Looking For2+ years of electrical assembly, electrical technician, controls technician, maintenance, or related experience
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with common electrical components including relays, sensors, breakers, contactors, and connectors
Experience using electrical hand tools and testing equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
Ability and willingness to travel for customer installations
Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
Reliable transportation to and from our facility
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required
