Key Responsibilities Install maintain troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems equipment and components. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical machinery and facility infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in PLCs motor controls VFDs and automation systems. Interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals for installation and repair. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes (e.g. NEC) safety standards (e.g. NFPA 70E) and company policies. Execute wiring conduit installation and electrical upgrades for new and existing equipment. Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and mitigate potential issues. Recommended Qualifications Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent apprenticeship completion. 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems including motor controls PLCs and VFDs. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals. Thorough understanding and adherence to electrical safety codes (e.g. NFPA 70E OSHA). Experience with preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment. Bonus Qualifications Advanced PLC programming and diagnostics experience (e.g. Siemens Rockwell). Experience with robotics electrical systems and controls. NFPA 70E Arc Flash Qualified Person certification. Proficiency with HMI/SCADA system configuration and troubleshooting. Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g. thermal imaging vibration analysis for electrical components).
