Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Stable, growth-oriented manufacturing environment Opportunities for advancement and technical development Job Details Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues to quickly restore production Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment Diagnose and repair issues with automation systems, including PLCs and HMIs Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA regulations Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability Qualifications 3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) Experience working with 480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, and drives Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic Familiarity with automation, sensors, and control systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Electrical certification, journeyman license, or technical degree Experience with robotics or advanced automation systems Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems (CMMS) Interested in hearing more?
