Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot diagnose and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment and controls. Install maintain and calibrate electrical components wiring and control panels. Interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical documentation. Execute Lockout/Tagout procedures and adhere to all safety regulations and codes. Work with PLCs VFDs and motor control systems for programming repair and calibration. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential electrical hazards. Recommended Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification. Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing PLCs HMIs and VFDs. Strong knowledge of industrial control systems motor controls and power distribution. Ability to read interpret and update electrical schematics and blueprints. Experience with preventative maintenance and root cause analysis of electrical equipment. Familiarity with NFPA 70E and other relevant electrical safety standards. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g. Siemens Rockwell). Certification or specialized training in NFPA 70E / Arc Flash safety. Experience with robotics maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in commissioning and programming Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Knowledge of instrumentation and process control systems.
