The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Otsego that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using schematics multimeters and other testing devices. Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical systems to ensure optimal operation. Interpret blueprints wiring diagrams and technical specifications for electrical installations. Adhere to all safety regulations electrical codes (e.g. NFPA 70E) and company policies. Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment including PLCs VFDs and motor controls. Document all maintenance repair and inspection activities accurately. Recommended Qualifications Formal apprenticeship or vocational training in industrial electricity. 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics blueprints and technical manuals. Strong understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices including Lockout/Tagout and NFPA 70E.
