DescriptionPrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain Factory Capacity Model Measure and collect data to ensure accuracy of factory modelResponsible for collecting and analysing equipment utilization cycle-time personnel utilization and OEE dataIdentify and drive improvement projects in tandem with operations and engineering organizationSupport a broad range of projects to accomplish departmental tactical and strategic goalsLead cross-functional teams to make improvements in processes and proceduresProvide ECO oversight for new parts by performing a technical review of ECOs and then performing the material disposition by creating the new part routing and BOM entriesEducation & ExperienceBS Degree or Equivalent combined experience and education3 years minimum related experience.SkillsProven experience with high volume fabrication processes process SOPs control plans and statistical process control Proven experience developing and maintaining factory capacity models Proven cross-functional project leadership success Problem solving/RCA Strong interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methods Project management Strong written communication (proposals analysis reports) and verbal communication skills (listening making presentations) Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project (or similar software)Working ConditionsWork in an office environment and climate-controlled manufacturing facilityWork in a Class 10/100/1000 clean room for extended periodsWear full clean room attireWork with and/or around chemicals such as acids and solventsMinimum 40-hour workweekPhysical RequirementsStand for up to 4 hours at a timeLift up to 16-30 PoundsPush/Pull up to 51-75 poundsSit for up to 4 hours at a timeSafety RequirementsAll employees are required to attend scheduled training follow the site EHS procedures and Corporate EHS standards. This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities.Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently.
