Industrial Engineer at Hardy Diagnostics Careers

Partners with shop floor and production teams to train troubleshoot and gather feedback for ongoing process improvement.Leads or supports Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency quality and cost savings.Works on process improvement projects as assigned by manager. Projects will be prioritized based on benefits derived from implementation.Reports on the status of assigned projects in both meeting and written form as required by supervisor.Attends classes seminars trade shows pertaining to the job as designated by the Facilities Maintenance Manager or by upper management.Communicates and consults with engineering technical and manufacturing personnel.Confers with engineering technical or manufacturing personnel internally as well as outside of the company.Provides assistance as necessary to Maintenance personnel involved in maintaining production/facility equipment.Maintains records reports or files.Uses oral or written communication techniques.Supports the departments mission.Performs all other duties as assigned by manager.Hardy Diagnostics offers a wide range of educational and training opportunities as well as a full line of benefits including profit-sharing.
