Industrial Equipment Reliability TechnicianLocation: Avon MASchedule: 1st Shift 7:00am3:30pmCompensation: $29.00$34.00 per hour commensurate with skills and experienceStart: Immediate opportunities availableA day in this roleWhen your shift begins at 7:00am youll review maintenance tickets and walk the production floor to prioritize tasks. From calibrating sensors and aligning components to diagnosing a stubborn mechanical fault youll make sure our equipment runs safely and efficiently so customers get the quality they expectright on time.What youll tacklePlan and perform routine service: cleaning lubrication alignment/adjustments and calibration.Test troubleshoot and repair production machinery; source and install replacement parts.Execute preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to maximize uptime.Analyze failures and recommend upgrades to boost availability capability and yield.Diagnose complex equipment issues and resolve root causes.Create clear technical reports documenting modifications and maintenance procedures.What you bringAbility to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred.About PPGAt PPG we make it happen.
