Job Details
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement long term solutions
Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and auxiliary equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
Document maintenance activities using CMMS or maintenance logs
Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with working electrical knowledge
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and conveyors
Ability to work independently and in a team based environment
Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
Packaging, plastics, or high speed manufacturing experience preferred
