Responsibilities: Perform repairs on all production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation Carry out equipment and line changeovers according to production requirements. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and maintain equipment reliability. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues that arise during production. Support a collaborative work environment by communicating openly, sharing ideas, and leveraging team experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of relevant maintenance or mechanical experience. Previous experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing machinery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Proven ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect for others. Solid technical aptitude with the ability to apply fundamental electrical and mechanical principles in hands-on situations.
