Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair die casting machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal operation
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to minimize downtime
  • Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective corrective repairs
  • Assist production teams in minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining production schedules
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Support safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred.
  • Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Hydraulic systems and repair, Pneumatic systems, and AC/DC motor repair.
  • Familiarity with CNC and PLC systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Welding and basic fabrication skills preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on call for emergency repairs if needed.
