We provide seasonal, project-based, and long-term safety staffing solutions—and safety staffing is all we do.Because of this focus, our clients rely on us for dependable talent, operational understanding, and reliable execution in high-pressure industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & Market DevelopmentDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across assigned industrial territoriesBuild and expand long-term relationships with plant managers, safety managers, project managers, and contractor leadershipGrow market share through both new account development and expansion of existing customersIndustrial & Turnaround Sales ExecutionIdentify and position for upcoming maintenance outages, capital projects, and turnaroundsProactively forecast client staffing needs ahead of planning and budgeting cyclesNavigate multi-decision-maker environments involving both owner plants and contractorsClient Engagement & SupportMaintain a strong on-site presence through client meetings, walk-throughs, and industry eventsServe as a trusted advisor by understanding safety roles, onboarding requirements, and site-specific expectationsPartner closely with internal operations and recruiting teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of staffing requestsBusiness Development ActivitiesProspect and cold call targeted industrial accountsEffectively present ResponsAble’s services to all levels of customer organizationsContribute to overall sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracySkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMinimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience selling services into industrial, construction, maintenance, rental, or technical environmentsProven experience supporting industrial maintenance outages, turnarounds, or project-based workStrong relationship-building skills with credibility in plant and contractor settingsDemonstrated success in new account acquisition and long-term account managementComfortable operating in long, timing-driven sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsProficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and OutlookCollege degree preferred, but not requiredWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleDeep familiarity with industrial operations and safety culture expectationsAbility to anticipate needs rather than react to requestsStrong follow-through during high-pressure execution windowsAdaptability to rapidly changing staffing demandsProfessional presence that builds trust with leadership at all levelsBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus sales incentive planCompany-paid business expensesVehicle reimbursementMedical benefits including health, dental, and vision401(k) retirement planPaid vacation and holidaysOngoing professional development
