Waste Connections is seeking a driven and results-oriented Industrial Sales Representative to join our team in the Memphis TN market. This role focuses on selling waste collection and disposal services to the construction industry including contractors developers and job site managers. Were looking for a proactive professional who excels at building relationships identifying client needs and closing deals in a competitive fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect develop and close new accounts within the construction sector for waste collection and roll-off dumpster servicesConduct on-site visits cold calls and presentations to contractors and project managers in your assigned territoryMaintain and grow a portfolio of construction clients through exceptional service and account managementPrepare customized proposals and pricing using our CRM tool (ARES)Analyze project requirements to recommend the right container sizes service schedules and recycling optionsMonitor contract timelines and proactively secure renewalsCollaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of containers and resolve any service issuesOther duties as assignedWhy Join UsWork in a recession-resistant industry with strong demand in constructionOpportunities for career growth within a stable expanding organizationQualifications2 years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferredExperience selling to construction companies contractors or industrial clients is a strong plusSelf-starter with excellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable with cold calling territory management and meeting performance targetsProficient in CRM toolsValid drivers license and reliable transportationSuccessful candidates thrive in an environment of operational excellence and accountability.
