Enjoy holidays off, and rest easy knowing that you won't be required to work on weekends.Advancement Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for growth and advancement, allowing you to build a fulfilling career in early childhood education.Explorers Learning Academy is seeking a caring, experienced Infant Lead Teacher to provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for infants in a nurturing and safe environment.Responsibilities:Create and maintain a warm, responsive, and developmentally appropriate infant classroomPlan and implement age-appropriate activities that support infant developmentEnsure compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing (HHSC) and Texas Rising Star standardsMaintain accurate daily reports, observations, and documentationFollow safe sleep practices, feeding schedules, and hygiene proceduresSupervise and support assistant teachers in the classroomBuild positive relationships with families through consistent communicationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environmentQualifications:Minimum 12 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare settingCDA, Associates, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferredStrong knowledge of infant development and care best practicesCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Must pass background check and meet state staffing requirementsWe Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceSupportive leadership and team environmentProfessional development opportunitiesA positive, child-focused workplaceApply with resume to be considered.
