The ideal team member would be someone who possesses the following qualities:Ability to take care of children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years of ageA strong sense of professionalism, and ability to communicate with parents, staff and managment Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn new thingsAbility to plan and execute curriculum along with other daily activites Most of all, the ideal candidate would have a passion about educating and caring for children.
