This position will implement age-appropriate programs and activities, provide guidance to support the physical, social and emotional development of the children, and create a positive learning environment.Infant Teacher Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide an environment that is safe, positive, nurturing, and respectful of the childrenDevelop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculumObserve and assess the development of the childrenParticipate in parent-teacher conferencesMaintain proper records, including documenting observations and milestonesEnsure all safety regulations are followedMaintain a clean and organized classroomModel appropriate behaviors for childrenWork with a team of teachers to ensure a cohesive and quality learning environmentInfant Teacher Requirements and QualificationsAssociate or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredKnowledge of child development and curriculum developmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAble to develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculumAble to work collaboratively with a teamPrevious experience working with infants or toddlers
