We have both Lead and Assistant opportunities available - so all experience levels are encouraged to apply! We are looking for multiple positions for our Infant Area. If so, we want you on our team!We are looking for an Infant Teacher who is passionate, patient, and ready to guide our little ones through their early adventures. This is more than a jobits a chance to build bonds, spark curiosity, and help children grow through play, love, and learning. What Youll Do:Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for infants: 6w-8m, 6m-12m, or 12m-18mPlan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive developmentGuide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on playSupport routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and careFoster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updatesCollaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork What Were Looking For:A genuine love for children and a big heartExperience with infants in early childhood setting (preferred)High school diploma or GED (required)CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework (a plus!)CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtainReliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs (again and again)Qualifications18+ Years OldExperience in childcare preferredLead: Meet one of the following:Hold a bachelors or Associates in early childhood education, education, or child/youth developmentHave a Child Development Associate CredentialHave a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
