Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How youll contributeAn Infection Preventionist who excels in this role:Develops systems for identifying reporting investigating and controlling infections and communicable diseases.Reviews hospital acquired infections utilizing best practices to identify root causes and facilitate process improvement to mitigate risk to future patients.Performs and reports surveillance studies using risk stratification and appropriate benchmarking for evaluation of data or ratios. Uses basic statistical techniques to describe data.What were looking forIdeal candidates will have active state license as a Registered Nurse.
