Infectious Disease physician employment in Massachusetts : Infectious Disease opportunity at a major community hospital in Brockton, Massachusetts, offering a balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with minimal call and strong clinical support. Join an established ID team with dedicated RNs, infection control resources, and pharmacist support. This role offers competitive compensation, CME funding, relocation assistance, and the chance to practice full-spectrum ID just 30 minutes from Boston.

Infectious Disease Physician opportunity in Brockton, MA.  Comprehensive base compensation.  RVU-based productivity earnings after year two.  Comprehensive benefits package.  CME: 1 week off + up to $3,000 reimbursement.  Combination of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic work.  Minimal call schedule: 1:2 weekends.  Established ID team with 2 MDs, outpatient RN, inpatient infection control RN, and dedicated ID pharmacist.  Inpatient consult service at a busy community hospital.  Outpatient focus includes: Hepatitis C management, Latent TB, and General infectious disease consults.  Integrated system with strong referral base and multispecialty collaboration.  Supportive, collegial team culture focused on quality patient care.  Relocation assistance available.  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease.  Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain).  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Team-oriented, collaborative mindset.  Part of the largest integrated healthcare system in Southeastern Massachusetts.  Access to hospital resources, infection prevention infrastructure, and pharmacy support.  Opportunity to build long-term outpatient relationships while maintaining hospital-based acuity.  Stable practice with reasonable workload and sustainable call.  30 minutes to Boston and Providence.  Easy access to Cape Cod, the South Shore, and coastal New England.  Lower cost of living than downtown Boston with suburban convenience.  Strong dining, cultural access, and transportation links.  Ideal for physicians seeking Northeast access without Boston congestion.   Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
