Job Description: Hyperion Financial Management Lead Consultant REMOTE ROLE Open to any geographic area however they MUST be able to work similar hours to EST 8am-5pm M-F Max Bill Rate: Market rate for geographic location Must have 1-2 years of Hyperion (HFM) experience (Minimum) and hands-on experience with company divestitures (splitting companies manipulating data). Combination of functional and technical knowledge needed Ability to lead and guide - not just execute tasks Understand data loading and applying business logic for divestiture processes Leadership not expected but must know what needs to be done and expected to guide the team. Client is establishing a joint venture which will require enhancement of their Financial Management and Reporting system (Oracle EPM/Hyperion) to be able to manage the consolidation of the legal entities of this joint venture and produce required reporting. This will be an on-premises (i.e. not SaaS) based project in which the client will provide the required hardware software and supporting infrastructure. Goal: Create processes for splitting legal entities and loading data with business logic The following tasks/skills need to be provided during this engagement: o Leverage expert knowledge on HFM to create/modify rules and perform metadata changes. o Perform technical functional validation of applications and objects. o Update existing FDMEE custom scripts supporting functional changes. o Support Production HFM applications prior and during go-live. o Provide insights based on previous experiences on how to deliver the project scope and required development. o Automate where possible the work on the business rules to help with the business functionality. o Possess HFM functional expertise to update Webforms Hyperion Financial Reporting tool. Application Services The following application tasks will be provided during this engagement as required: o Document updating metadata using the .app file process in HFM o Expertise in HFM Rules file for creating and updating logic. o Create training curriculum for Admin and user training covering How to manage metadata using the .app or .xml file or provide new technology or methods on updating HFM Metadata If applicable new features in SmartView excel add-in o Provide Train the Trainer sessions based on curriculum Testing Services The following testing tasks will be provided during this engagement as required: o Assist client as required with SIT (system Integration Testing). o Support client with UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Disaster Recovery Services The following business continuity related tasks will be provided during this engagement as required: o Review existing DR plan for HFM platform and provide suggestions and revisions based on new version. o Assist client in a Disaster Recovery test of the new HFM Platform prior to Go live. Up to 24 hours. Documentation Standard migration/upgrade project documentation includes but is not limited to the following: Environment Architecture Diagrams (all environments) Installation and configuration document (all environments except sandbox) Application & Artifact Migration Guide Technical validation document for each Oracle built environment Training & knowledge transfer Standard training topics includes but is not limited to the following: o General sessions to cover enhancements made to: HFM (including metadata update process) SmartView Reporting (FR tool Security FDMEE HFM Rules file creation and updating Additional Sills: Skills: Category Name Required Importance Experience No items to display.
