Information Technology Manager at Flare energy services

As the Information Technology Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys technology infrastructure systems and processes. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement technology strategies that support our business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the companys overall business strategy - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all hardware software and network systems - Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of all technology operations - Monitor system performance and security identifying and addressing any issues or vulnerabilities - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities for improvement - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology products and services - Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology making recommendations for adoption as appropriate Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the energy or related industry - Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and solutions - Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations - Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic and rapidly growing company.
