As the Principal Enterprise Architect supporting Product and Supply Chain you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we leverage technology to design plan source and produce our beautiful product. You will drive the multi-year architecture strategy and technology roadmap across the entire product lifecycle from inception and design through PLM merchandising financial planning allocation purchase order creation and manufacturing ensuring alignment with Aritzias business strategy and measurable outcomes. With the skills you gain in this role the opportunities are endless from a rewarding career in Technology to continued growth and development within Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Principal Enterprise Architect you will:Develop and maintain the architecture vision strategy and roadmap for Aritzias product creation and upstream supply chain domains spanning product inception to manufacturer handoffPartner strategically with business and technology leaders to shape initiatives that modernize and transform product development and manufacturing capabilitiesEvangelize emerging technologies and industry trends influencing Aritzias roadmap to maintain a competitive edge through cutting-edge solutionsEmbed AI and ML capabilities into the technology ecosystem driving automation predictive insights and intelligent decision-makingTranslate corporate strategy into actionable technology direction and ensure architecture investments deliver tangible business valueInfluence and guide solution architects and engineering teams ensuring design consistency scalability and alignment with global principlesDrive modernization across product and manufacturing systems ensuring flexibility and future-readinessCollaborate closely with peers across the Technology Division to ensure end-to-end integration across product supply chain retail and digital commerce capabilitiesFacilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration through engineering communities of practice and lead the creation and adoption of engineering best practicesTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Principal Enterprise Architect has proven skills certifications education and/or experience:20 years of experience architecting and delivering technology solutions in product lifecycle manufacturing or upstream supply chain domains with a focus on the retail industryProven leadership in cloud migrations data integrations DevOps backend engineering and off-the-shelf package implementationsStrong technology and engineering background including experience with:Modern cloud platforms (AWS Google Cloud Azure)Integration patterns and data-driven frameworksPLM Costing and ERP systemsAI/ML applications and machine learning pipelinesDistributed computing containers (Kubernetes) and microservicesTechnologies such as Java Springboot Python Apache Kafka Apache Flink Snowflake PowerBIExperience managing large budgets and leading cross-functional teams in complex global environmentsExperience in vendor relationship management strategic planning and stakeholder engagementAppreciation for Aritzias obsession with design quality and excellence and ability to translate that into technology standards and solutions that scaleA commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomesExceptional communication and storytelling skills enabling complex ideas to be clearly articulated and connected to Aritzias purpose and strategic ambitionsThe ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the teamAbility to align global architecture with business strategy and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functionsA dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add valueTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $200000$275000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
