Infrastructure Solution Architect ATMRO at GE Aerospace

Job Description SummaryThis role is responsible for multiple projects in a technical domain as a technical expert. The scope of the work will mainly include all aspects of infrastructure (including Cloud) integration architecture and application layers for ATMRO shops. This role is expected to have focus on the projects related to Application Readiness Operations Technology Cyber security from solutioning and project management stand point.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating multiple interdependent infra projects forming a program.Partner with the ATMRO DT site leaders and other functions likes Services Technology Engineering to build strategy for the shop infrastructure. Partner with DT STS Cyber leadership to drive strategy helping the ATMRO shops realize digital infrastructure strategy.Partner with the DT teams and Cyber security organization to solution the EVM and APM.Critical Operations: Coordinate with the STS and other teams to respond to P1 incidents.Act as a focal in assisting guiding and promoting the DT ATMRO strategy and act as conduit across a matrixed organizationExperienced in technology consulting projects:Data Center Transformation assessmentsDefinition of Infrastructure Strategies and Roadmap including OT and complex integrationsArchitecture Design and Implementation of Infrastructure and Automation SolutionsEstablish strong partnership with AWS to ensure best practices proliferate throughout the life of the program in regard to architecture best services and cost managementPartner with STS for all cloud initiatives (VPC management Solution architecture landscape management and Migration activities)Work closely with the ATMRO DT product teams to act as trusted advisor on infrastructure requirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in solutioning complex infra-architecturesUnderstanding of the export control guidelines.Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experienceEligibility Requirement:Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
