Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow hiring for an Injection Mold Operator for an excellent client in Newport News, VA.Job Description: Injection Mold OperatorLocation: Newport News, VAJob Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Manufacturing / ProductionCompensation: $15 – $17 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: - Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM - Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PMOverviewOur client doesn't just make silicone parts — they build strong teams. No prior manufacturing experience is required — they’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to be part of a team.What You’ll DoOperate injection molding machines and remove finished silicone parts.Check each part carefully for quality issues.Keep production moving by restarting machine cycles.Stay on task and follow instructions carefully.Report equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor.
