Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Injection Mold Process Technician to support our clients' manufacturing operations in Ripley, MS. This role is responsible for establishing and optimizing injection molding processes, implementing automation, and developing standardized production protocols with a focus on machine performance and quality control. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership in process improvement, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Develop and establish injection molding processes for Ripley-based machines Implement automation solutions for injection molding operations Create clear and effective work instructions and process controls Define packaging standards for molded parts Recommend tooling and auxiliary equipment to enhance production Support and train Process Technicians and Setup personnel Drive continuous improvement initiatives across molding operations Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university 7-10 years of relevant experience in injection molding or process engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing Proven ability to collaborate effectively and achieve team goals Adaptable to change and proactive in problem-solving Communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats Flexible work schedule and commitment to operational excellenceWork Location:In Person
