Injection Molding Operator - Overnight Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision injection molding, is seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Operator - overnight shift to join their dynamic team. As an Injection Molding Operator - overnight shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent visual acuity, and a reliable work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $21.50

Shift: 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM (MondayFriday)

What's the Job?

• Operate injection molding machines and related production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect molded parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency, utilizing visual inspection tools.
• Document production data, defects, and machine performance accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with ISO Class 7 clean room standards (if applicable).

What's Needed?

• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual acuity to identify quality variations.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs routinely and handle small parts with manual dexterity.
