Job description: We are seeking an Ink Technician with experience in water-based ink mixing and color matching. This is a hands-on in-plant role supporting production by preparing accurate high-quality inks. Responsibilities: Mix weigh and prepare water-based inks according to specifications.Perform precise color matching and press toning.Deliver press-ready inks to production lines.Maintain documentation including adjustments and returns.Keep work areas clean safe and organized.Follow all required PPE and safety procedures. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience with water-based inks.Flexographic printing color formulation and color matching experience.Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including days nights and weekends.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
