Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re looking for an Innovation Coordinator who’s passionate about the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture. In this role, you’ll support the Manager of Innovation in researching, testing, organizing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and creative tools across the agency.This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves position—ideal for someone who loves experimenting with new platforms, organizing chaos into clarity, and helping creative teams work smarter, faster, and more boldly. You’ll assist in the daily operations of our innovation initiatives, contribute to R&D efforts, and be part of a small but mighty team pushing the boundaries of what creative work can be.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of the agency’s innovation efforts, from tool onboarding to usage tracking and documentation.Help test, compare, and evaluate emerging technologies—documenting features, use cases, and potential applications.Assist in creating training materials, demos, tutorials, and internal comms to help teams adopt and integrate new tech.Maintain and update an internal innovation knowledge base, including best practices, prompts, and approved toolkits.Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to gather feedback on tool usage and help identify optimization opportunities.Support internal workshops, innovation sprints, and pilot programs under the direction of the Manager of Innovation.Stay plugged into tech and cultural trends—bringing fresh ideas and relevant discoveries to the table.Who You AreA naturally curious, proactive, and organized problem-solver who thrives in fast-changing environments.Enthusiastic about AI, creative tools, and innovation—you’re always tinkering with new apps, features, or workflows.Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.Tech-savvy and willing to learn—whether it’s new software, workflow systems, or internal tools.A clear communicator who can take complex information and make it simple and usable.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in a creative, digital, production, or innovation support role.Familiarity with AI and creative tools like ChatGPT/Sora, Gemini/Veo, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.—even if just self-taught.Strong research, documentation, and presentation skills.Bonus points for experience with project management tools or any background in creative ops, media, or design.Benefits and Perks:Hybrid work modelCell phone reimbursement 20 PTO days accrued annually19 Holidays (including shutdowns) Birthday off Shutdown for Thanksgiving weekShutdown for Christmas weekFlex Fridays – half days on Fridays year-round Bereavement leaveEmployee referral program401(k) with company matchCompetitive medical, dental, and vision insuranceEqual Employment OpportunityIW Group is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
