Inpatient Occupational Therapist at HRESG Hires

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Occupational Therapist who will primarily support our inpatient rehab unit with occasional float coverage to outpatient services. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. Schedule: Weekdays: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Weekends: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide a wide range of therapeutic interventions for patients with various disabilities injuries and diagnoses. Support patients in achieving optimal functional levels. Work primarily within the inpatient rehab unit with some floating to outpatient as needed. Manage a caseload of approximately 6 8 patients per 8-hour shift. Required Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. Competency in acute care orthopedic/trauma and stroke populations is required. Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Florida Occupational Therapist license. BLS certification through AHA or ARC (HCP-CPR).
