DescriptionWork Schedule:100% FTE Day shift Monday-Friday Varies 6am-6pm Weekend hours as needed. RequiredWork ExperienceAt least five years as a Physical Occupational or Speech Therapist or closely related field in an inpatient setting or equivalent professional experience. RequiredLicenses & CertificationsCurrent license/certification from the State of Illinois in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
