Job Description:The Inside Account Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our the Inside Account Representative role you work with specific identified accounts.You will work with your colleagues to provide appropriate information to meet our partners needs while supporting company directives to drive revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. TD SYNNEX is the partner that helps unlock business results for all.Candidates from Guatemala EL Salvador Honduras Nicaragua & Costa Rica are encouraged to apply.What Youll Do:Formulate account plansNote account slippage and create a proactive strategy to gain businessEngage with partners for quotes and orders and ensure that team enters those quotes and orders successfullyEffectively manage a sales pipeline to guarantee continual growthMake inbound and outbound sales calls to an established client base in order to quote prices and provide product informationBuild influential relationships with our vendor partners and resellersHelp resellers navigate vendor programs to maximize the profit for both TD SYNNEX and our partnersIdentify and develop business opportunitiesCreate business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase TD SYNNEXs sales and profitsPerform additional duties as assignedMeets attendance and punctuality standardWhat Were Looking For:Required Education: High School GraduateG.E.D.
