Armed with deep product knowledge of John Deere agricultural equipment and competitive brands youll guide customers through the process of selecting new and used equipment along with technology solutions and value-added services. Your role will involve developing tailored sales plans monitoring competitor activity and staying abreast of financing options and incentive programs. Youll support integrated solutions including agronomic decision support and machine optimization and participate in field demonstrations of new equipment. However were willing to mentor inexperienced candidates with the right mindset.
